Our nervous systems are constantly scanning the world around us, seeking signs of safety or threat—often without our conscious awareness. In this empowering workshop, Raya Horcher and Rachael Santos invite you to deepen your understanding of the nervous system and learn how to cultivate a sense of calm from within.
Through guided discussion and practice, you’ll explore:
How to recognize your body’s sensations and cues.
Practical tools to regulate your nervous system with ease.
Techniques for transitioning through different emotional and physical states with balance.
