Spring Joyboost Intention Setting
April 5th, 7:00 to 8:30
Spring is naturally a time to become more active and look for ways to experience impactful growth in our lives.
Research indicates that 40% of our happiness level is attributed to habits and behavior changes that we can control.
This intention setting class will explore the 6 dimensions of Positive Psychology (happiness research) and guide us in setting a Spring intention for each one. In between learning about each dimension, we will move through poses, stretches and breathing exercises to align our body and focus our mind for setting our intentions. We look forward to sharing and growing together to bring more light and joy to our daily lives as we head into the warmer months of 2024.
Youth Mental Health First Aid for Educators
April 2nd, 9:00am to 3:00pm
Like a CPR training that would prepare one to help in a medical emergency, Mental Health First Aid prepares you to support a young person experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
Easter Saturday

All levels of fitness and yoga experience are welcome. Yoga is not just for the flexible, its for those who wish to increase their flexibility. The benefits of yoga for fitness, strength, stress reduction and connection with God have been evidenced by research. Join us for this hour of quiet time to honor God and move your body, while building community.
